A 35-year-old male will appear in bail court this morning.
Just before 2 a.m. this morning City Police attended in the parking lot of the Police Services Building in regards to male and female having a verbal argument.
It is alleged that the couple was in a vehicle when they started to argue which resulted in the female pulling into the police station.
No physical assault took place but a query of the male revealed that he was on a release document with a curfew of 11 p.m. and also with conditions not to consume alcohol.
The male was subsequently arrested for two counts of breach of a release document.

An Oceanside family is asking for help in finding a 28-year-old woman who moved to Texas to live with a man she met over the Internet.
Cynthia Razon started on online relationship with 18-year-old Robert Guerrero in December 2004, according to her family. In August, Razon moved in with him in his Sweetwater, Texas home.
Razon called her mother two weeks ago and said the relationship had soured and that she was going to cash more than $1,000 in checks and move back to Oceanside.
That was the last time Razon's family had heard from her.

The story follows a young New York book editor (Gellar) who always has defined herself by the type of man she can get. When she meets and ensnares the affections of an older, very powerful and extremely sophisticated man, she thinks her problems are solved when they've only just begun.
